Since all of our used copiers are digital copiers and are totally refurbished- we will even guarantee them to be put under a full-service maintenance contract, provided you have a certified dealer within a 30 mile radius of your location.

	90 Day complete warranty* (Parts & labor). CR gives you 100% coverage on your entire copy machine for 90 days. During the shipping process, it is very common for vibration to occur which may cause slight adjustments that are needed to be made once your copier arrives. For this reason, we require your copier to be installed by a certified copier dealer. You bear the cost for these installation services, as well as the ?labor-only? charges for any potential adjustments. This is also the time when the dealer will show you how to operate your copier, and a great time to discuss a service contract.
	Video of your copier- CR will make a short 2 minute video of your actual refurbished copier and ship it along with your copier on CD to show you the great external condition of your copier as well as the perfect copy quality it produces prior to shipment. This is done in absence of a demo on our retail floor because we know a video is worth a thousand words!
	Documentation- We provide user manuals in book or CD format for all of our used copiers. For those digital copiers that are networked, we will also send along printer drivers for your computer(s).
