We even list the service contract prices you can expect to pay for your copier right on our website.
Most service contracts include all parts and labor (everything except for paper and staples). If you choose to work with a preferred service provider of your own, that is fine as well. By all means, negotiate the service rates as there are no standard prices and vendors can be flexible in order to earn your business.
