Are you looking to purchase a new or used copier but concerned about the quality of local service? Copiers Refurbished is a national dealer of used copy machines and combines a complete warranty with high quality local service- anywhere in the contiguous United States. Our same as new warranty comes with every used copier we sell and includes 90 days complete parts and labor as well as a two year extended warranty on all major components. The warranty period gives our customers plenty of time to work with our professional staff in coordinating a local service contract- if desired- using our national dealer network. Typically our staff will give you up to three local dealers to work with regarding local service in your area, but the choice is yours as these dealers are not affiliated with Impact Technology. We simply help our customers find certified dealers near their location that will service copiers we sell.

You can have peace of mind knowing that Impact Technology Inc. has sold tens of thousands of used copiers during the last decade while maintaining an A+ rating with the National Better Business Bureau. We also will ship your used copy machine using our free national shipping program to any street level (or elevator) address. Our copiers are delivered with a 52 ft. semi, so we need to make sure access is available. Our used copiers are current and recent models that have been returned to us from short term rentals, sales demos and off lease returns. All of our refurbished copiers have been used less than three months as rated by their respective manufacturers recommended monthly usage guidelines. They look like and operate like brand new.

Our warranty covers all major circuit boards, motors and scanning units for two years. If your used copier is under a local service contract then it will be covered under that agreement. We also provide user manuals and network drivers on CD format. Our requirements for warranty coverage are as follows: (1) To have your copy machine installed by a certified dealer. Our sales staff will assist you in this process. You can expect the installation and training to cost around $150, however if you sign a service contract at this time many dealers will waive the installation fee. (2) To call our help desk 866-857-4900 when your copier arrives so we can help you receive the copier properly. Our warranty does not cover damages as the result of our customer moving, misusing or abusing the copier- that just makes sense! While under warranty, all replacement parts will be sent out UPS ground at our expense. If a service problem exists within the first 90 days from the date of invoice, we will also pay a local dealer for any labor expenses.
