During the purchase process of your refurbished copy machine, our sales staff will address two types of shipping methods you may choose from. Our traditional shipping process takes 5-7 business days for your copy machine to arrive and uses transportation partners that utilize "air ride" semi tractor trailers. Advanced preparation of your copy machine includes several layers of heavy gauge stretch wrap as well as shipping blankets.

Your copier will be strapped to the side of the semi trailer to keep it immobile during shipment. We will pay up to $425 (normally the full cost of the shipment) of the shipping costs as well as coordinate local service to assist you in having the refurbished copier installed at your location. You can expect to pay about $150 to the local dealer for installation and training services, however if you elect to sign a service contract at the time of installation most dealers will forgive any installation costs.

The second- and quickest- way to ship your copiers is using our pallet shipment method. Keep in mind you must have a way of accepting a pallet to use this service. You do not necessarily need a loading dock, but it might require some creative thinking on your part to receive you used copier. Again we pay up to $425 which is normally the full cost of shipment and using this method the copier will arrive in 2-5 business days. Regardless of which shipment method you choose, we will instruct you to call us at the time your copy machine arrives and we will walk you through the receiving process, which normally takes about 5-10 minutes. Your copier is fully insured while in shipment, so you will want to visually check over the copier to make sure it looks perfect. The driver will wait up to 30 minutes to give you ample time to call upon receiving your copier.
