This includes a 90 day complete parts and labor nationwide warranty as well as a two year extension on major components listed on our warranty page.  Our warranty is the foundation of your copier purchase and allows you enough time to consider optional local service contracts- which our professional staff will assist you with. Using our national dealer network we can provide a list of certified dealers in every city and town within the United States.  We sell top brands including Canon copiers, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Toshiba and Kyocera copy machines.

Within each copier description on our website, we include national averages for estimated service contracts.  Normally cost-per-copy rates are between .06 to a penny and a half per page and include all parts, labor and travel (everything except for paper and staples). For example, if you are making 5,000 copies and/or prints per month your service contract at a penny per page would be $50/month or $600 for the year.  Remember that your toner and other consumables are included in the service contract rate, so you no longer have to purchase those independently.  If you decide to sign a service contract at the same time the dealer is installing and training you on your copy machine, most times you can negotiate free installation. Your local copier dealer will be very happy for the service contract revenue, so negotiate service rates until you feel you have done enough diligence. The copier dealers we provide you with are known to be certified on the brand of copier you have chosen, but we do not represent or recommend any one dealer over the other. Things such as response time, technician knowledge, customer courtesy and service professionalism and rates also must be considered.
