Please read the rules and regulation of our terms of sale
so we know you will have an enjoyable experience purchasing
a copier from Impact
Technology Inc. We sell thousands of copiers each year and
have a documented 99.9% customer satisfaction rating! This
is because we set your expectations prior to the sale.
Payment
Impact Technology requires payment in full before your copier
ships from our location. You may pay with a Master Card,
Visa or America Express Card. You may also pay via company
check or lease your copier from us.
Shipment Of Your Copier
Impact Technology Inc. would like to thank you for purchasing
a copier from us- your business is appreciated! Once your
copier has been shipped you will receive a shipping letter
via email letting you know that your copier has been shipped.
At this time, we will provide you with a tracking number
and website to monitor the transportation of your copier.
Bill of Lading
We will clearly mark the copier on all sides to remind you
to inspect the copier and related accessories prior to signing
the Bill of Lading. Please take the time to un-wrapped or
un-box your copier and check for the following:
- Broken or cracked glass on the platen
- Broken plastic panels
- Scratches or dents to the copier panels or
frame
- Missing or broken and/or bent wheels
Although we have fully insured the shipment of your copier
for the invoice amount, it is necessary that you note any
lost or damage items in order for any freight claims to be
processed on your behalf. Please know that the driver will
not leave until you have signed the Bill of Lading, so take
ample time to inspect it properly.
Warranty*
Your copier has a 90 day complete parts and labor warranty
covering the entire copier as well as a 2 year extended warranty
on major components
(see our warranty
section for details).
If your local service agent requires any parts during our
warranty period, they must call our service department at
866-848-4900 #103. We reserve the right to send out refurbished
parts from our inventory. Our “value” prices
do not afford us to pay retail costs for parts to local markets
during our warranty period.
Installation
During the shipping process, it is very common for vibration
to occur causing slight adjustments that are needed to be
made once your copier arrives. For this reason, we require
your copier to be installed by a certified copier dealer.
You bear the cost for the installation services, as well
as the “labor-only” charges for any potential
adjustments. This is also the time when the dealer will show
you how to operate your copier, and a great time to discuss
a service contract. We include a CD (in a clear slip adhesively
applied to the back of your copier) that includes a users’ manual
in PDF format.
Return Policy
For the first 30 days from the date of invoice if for whatever
reason you decide you are unsatisfied with the copier you
have chosen, you may exchange it for another copier of equal
value at no additional cost. If you would simply
like to return the copier, you will be subjected to a 25%
restocking fee as well as related shipping charges both to
and from your location.
Sales Tax
Impact Technology will collect sale tax on purchases within
the State of Minnesota only.
Governing Law
You agree that this agreement and any transaction(s) you
have made with Impact Technology shall be governed by the
laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to any conflicts
or rules. By paying your invoice you will have executed a
contract stating you agree to our above Terms of Sale and
Governing Laws.
