While some of our slightly used copiers are refurbished ahead of time, other sales demo’s and early lease return copiers might have just arrived. Therefore, when you choose to buy a used copier, our refurbishing time is from 0-7 days. We have two types of shipping processes available to you when you buy a copy machine. The first shipping method is quicker but requires you to accept a pallet (Pallet shipping) and the second method does not require you to accept a pallet but takes a few more days for your used copier to arrive (Traditional).

After you buy a refurbished copier, our traditional shipping process takes 5-7 days for your copy machine to arrive. This shipping process uses transportation partners that utilize "air-ride" trailers which assist in eliminating the vibration of your refurbished copier in transit. Preparations normally include corner board placement around the refurbished copier as well as several layers of heavy gauge stretch wrap to protect your used copier. Once on the truck your remanufactured copier will be wrapped with a shipping blanket and then strapped to the sides of the trailer to keep your copy machine immobile during the ride. If you cannot accept a pallet, this is the shipping method you should choose as our carriers use lift gates and will provide front door delivery to any street-level office. We will pay up to $425 (normally the full cost of shipment) of the shipping costs to help earn your copier business. However if there are additional costs above and beyond this rate, you will see these added charges on your invoice.

To receive your used copier using our Pallet Shipping process you must have a way of accepting a pallet. This does not mean you must have a loading dock, but it might require some creative thinking on your part in order to receive your refurbished copier. This method costs $425 (We pay up to $425 for this method as well) but your copy machine will arrive in 2-5 days depending on your geographic location. CR has invested in state of the art foam-in-place machines in order to allow for these quicker deliveries and increase your purchasing experience with us. Preparations include putting the refurbished copier on a pallet; then placing a containerized card board with lid around the copy machine; wrapping the remanufactured copier with a special film and then spraying an expandable foam around the digital copier and box to fully immobilize the copier.
