Terms and Conditions of your Refurbished Copier
 
The refurbished copier you are purchasing from Impact Technology has been used less than 6 months as rated by the manufacturer. Prior to shipping, Impact Technology puts your copier through a refurbishing process that includes a thorough cleaning, inspection, testing and troubleshooting by our factory trained and certified technicians (see our refurbishing process on this website). All high wear parts and assemblies (including but not limited to drums, rollers, fuser units, lamps, toner and developer) are inspected and tested for proper operation and copy quality. These consumable parts are replaced when there is a failure during the refurbishing process or if that part affects the copy quality.
 
1. Shipping. All copiers are shipped fully insured. Loss and/or damage insurance will be placed on your copier in the amount of the invoice. Impact Technology is not responsible for freight related damages. It is your responsibility to fully inspect the copier and related equipment when it arrives and note any shipping damage on the bill of lading before signing for delivery. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to file a freight claim. If you do incur freight related damages, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the freight carrier.

2. Sales tax. Impact Technology will collect sale tax on purchases within the State of Minnesota only.
 
3. Warranty.  We provide a two year warranty on the main copier circuit board, a 90 day complete parts warranty and we also send a video of your copier showing the actual copy quality and the cosmetic condition of your copier prior to shipment. Our warranty starts the day your copier has been shipped (as noted on the Bill of Lading). Impact Technology Inc. reserves the right to send out reconditioned parts to fulfill the warranty period.
 
4. Governing Law. You agree that this agreement and any transaction(s) you have made with Impact Technology shall be governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to any conflicts or rules.
